Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which was established in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Ever-changing truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their children.
