Felicity is an English actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones has been in theatre, film and television from the age of 12. She played Young Ruth as her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool. Then, she appeared in several films. The actress gained acclaim for her performance in films including The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The role she played for the character of The Theory of Everything earned her an Oscar nomination for her first time. Jones' portrayal as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic based on the author's life, was well-received from both critics and audiences. Inferno, an Tom Hanks thriller was her next role. The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles presented Jones her the British Artist of the Year in the year 2016 because of her outstanding talent and contribution to cinema.
